THE COLORADO TAG INTENSIVE PHILOSOPHY OF DISCIPLESHIP
Since Jesus is “the way, the truth and the life,” it is imperative that the way we explore and share truth is full of life.
The depths of God’s love is fully revealed in Jesus and it is in the giving of ourselves over to God’s love that we learn to love each other more deeply.
Jesus said “the sabbath was made for people, not people for the sabbath.” Programs, procedures and rules function best when they serve people and not the other way around. Since relationships are the Holy Spirit’s highway we strive to be relationally present to one another because people last forever.
We are convinced that God’s will for us is godly growth; especially when we stumble and fall. So we address sin with grace, truth, and love.
Since Jesus is the pioneer of faith we want what we say and do to proclaim our belief in an awesome God.
The working out of God’s purposes in our lives is always a process. We desire to encourage one another and join each other on the path that God has marked out for us.
Since science and faith often hold hands, we seek to engage our world both rationally and through the lens of Spirit-empowered faith.
